All bonafide and newly allotted students of Sir Shah Sulaiman Hall, AMU, must submit three documents at the hall office to complete their room allotment. Students who miss it will have their room allotment cancelled automatically and the room will go to another student.
The instruction comes in a notice from the Provost, Sir Shah Sulaiman Hall, dated 6 November 2026 and uploaded to the AMU notices page on 7 November 2026.

- Continuation slip
- Copy of last year’s marksheet
- Copy of the admission fee slip (newly admitted students)

- Place: computer room of the Provost office, Sir Shah Sulaiman Hall
- Timing: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm daily, except Friday and Sunday
- Last date: not given in the notice, so submit as early as possible
