Ahmad Faraz Razi, a Ph.D. scholar in the Department of Mathematics and a candidate for Honorary Secretary in the AMU Students’ Union (AMUSU) 2026-27 election, has released his manifesto, titled “Faraz ke Faraiz” (Faraz’s duties). It is built around three themes he calls Visible, Vigilant and Vibrant, and opens with a list of ten top promises. He is one of three candidates for Secretary, and polling is on 5 November.

In his note to students, Razi says the campus went eight years without a union, and that the manifesto is built from conversations in halls, departments, dining rooms, libraries and hospital corridors. His campaign line is “We, the students, want accountability. We, the students, want change.”
